Nesti is a director, coach, and educator.

He is the first officially accredited teacher in Hollywood to teach "The Chubbuck Technique" in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and Mexico. He conducts international seminars both in-person and online.

He worked in the casting and talent department of Disney Latin America as a casting supervisor and Disney talent manager on shows like "Violetta," "Cuando toca la campana," "Junior Express," "Zapping Zone," "Art Attack," "El jardín de Clarilú," among others. He continues to work for Disney and Disney+ as a producer and casting director on projects such as "Entrelazados 1 and 2," "Freex," "Bia," "Amigos de otro mundo," "Ristorantino," and "Morko y Mali."

He served as casting director for Cris Morena Group until 2010. He was an acting coach for "Supertorpe," "Casi Ángeles," and "Chiquititas."

He has also adapted and directed musical comedies and customized plays for events.

He is certified as an ontological coach by ICF and has studied non-verbal communication and public speaking.

He holds a degree in Marketing and is a Senior Technician in Commercialization.
